The WP8-powered flagship is doubtless the additional fascinating of the 2 new devices we have a tendency to saw nowadays as it's got  additional robust screen and more process power.

Built around a 4.3" 720p SuperLCD 2 screen, the HTC Windows Phone 8X is additional compact than the Titan and measures 132.4 x 66.2 x 10.1mm. The show is protected with pongid Glass a pair of and is laminated to scale back glare. the nice resolution on the four.3-inch show ends up in sharp pictures and very nice and crisp colours.

The HTC 8X comes in four totally different colours Calif. Blue, Flame Red, a super-deep C Black, and Limelight Yellow. they're all monochrome, not like the two-tone polycarbonate coloring of the 8S. Here's the Windows Phone 8X in yellow.

The HTC Windows Phone 8X is power-driven by a 1.5GHz dual-core elapid processor, Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM. HTC did not enable America to play with the OS, as Microsoft hasn't utterly finalized it nonetheless, therefore we won't report on however swish the expertise is with this precise hardware.

At the rear, there is associate 8MP camera with a BSI detector, bright F/2.0 aperture and wide 28mm field of read. It options HTC's dedicated ImageChip and is capable of shooting 1080p video with stereo sound. Another 1080p-cabale F/2.0 snapper is at the front - this one will a pair of.1MP stills.

A great news for sound lovers are going to be the addition of HTC's trademark Beats Audio sound sweetening within the 8X. sadly, a Beats receiver will not be enclosed within the retail package.

HTC Windows Phone 8S hands-on

Next up is that the HTC Windows Phone 8S. Despite the dearth of flagship attractiveness, the smartphone remains one thing to appear forward to. It shapes up to be the foremost reasonable WP8 giving, supplying you with the simplest access to the most recent version of the Microsoft platform.
The HTC Windows Phone 8S comes with a medium-sized 4-inch show however its resolution is quite low at 800 x 480 pixels. Still, the image quality of the Super LCD2 unit is not dangerous and there is Corning pongid Glass a pair of protection on prime.

The phone is smaller and lighter than the HTC Windows Phone 8X – it stands at a hundred and twenty.5 x sixty three x 10.3 millimeter and weighs simply 113 grams. The internals ar a similar, however the elapid cores are set to tick at oneGHz rather than 1.5GHz.

The phone may be a pleasure to handle, fingerprints occur solely on the screen and over the electrical phenomenon buttons (that’s inevitable though). there's little doubt the HTC Windows Phone 8S has distinct young  attractiveness, however it's style is on no account everyone's cup of tea.
